2. Service Description

Hippix is a cloud-based stable management platform designed for horse owners, breeders, riders and equestrian professionals.

The platform may include features such as:

• Horse management
• Owner and contact management
• Health records
• Feeding management
• Competition tracking
• Billing summaries
• Team management
• Data backup and export

We may add, modify or remove features over time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a 14-day free trial period.

Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription according to the selected plan.

5. Subscription and Payment

Hippix is offered through recurring subscription plans.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Prices displayed on the website may be updated from time to time. Price changes will not affect existing billing periods already paid.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made.

Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Hippix.

By using the platform, you grant Hippix the limited right to store, process and display your data solely for providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you upload is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use it.

8. Data Export and Backups

Hippix may provide data export and backup functionality.

While we make reasonable efforts to protect your data, you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important business records.

We do not guarantee that backups or exports will always be available without interruption.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Hippix for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Hippix platform, software, branding, logos and website content remain the property of Daalhof BV unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hippix is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daalhof BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

Your use of Hippix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with that policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on our website. Continued use of Hippix after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Hippix shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of East Flanders, Belgium.
